I am building the buffalo Pram. What are the best practices for building an interior with an adjustable oaring seat?
The best I have seen is building a box with a sliding rail. This is interesting because I can add or remove seat components (front) and move the rowers seat to get the proper boat trim. This approach allows building a boat tray on either side of the interior. Boxes could be shallow or deep or be interchangeable for different applications.
I have also seen two parallel dowels mounted on each side, on which a box is "hung". What experience is there toward building a interior layout with an adjustable seat?
